With twenty years experience in Organizational Development, Bill has been responsible for the successful design and implementation of organizational interventions in the areas of leadership, team development and corporate culture.

He has facilitated International Leadership and Team Development workshops for professionals from many cultures. Bill continues research in the areas of multicultural leadership and team effectiveness in the global context.

Will has extensive experience in roles requiring innovative approaches to managing geographically dispersed organizations.

An HR leader and business partner to both small and large corporations, Will’s focus is on linking OD and HR activities to business results.

He has presented internationally on the topics of competency management and creating initiatives to enhance employee and organization performance.
